Courts follow the reasonable expectations of sensible businessmen, aiming for a commercially sensible construction that aligns with the plain meaning of the contractual terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong><u>Key Issue: Limitations on Remedies in Breach of Contract<\/u><\/strong>:<br>The central issue revolves around whether a court should uphold a clause in an agreement restricting one party from claiming remedies for a breach of contract.
